Park Hong Yeol es un iluminista, director de fotografía, camarógrafo, actor, editor, productor y escritor surcoreano. Park es cineasta de documentales y director de fotografía. Ha sido director de fotografía de más de 10 películas de Hong Sang Soo, entre ellas Hahaha (2010) y On the Beach at Night Alone (2017), así como de películas comerciales como In Our Prime (2022) y Wonderland (2024). Su trabajo también incluye los documentales de Netflix Cyber Hell: Exposing an Internet Horror (2022) y Yellow Door: ‘90s Lo-fi Film Club (2023). Co-dirigió los largometrajes documentales This Is Not a Documentary Parts 1 and 2 (2005, 2019) y The Teachers: Pink, Nature Trail, Ridge between Rice Paddies, Plum (2022).
