Choi Jae Sung es un actor surcoreano nacido en Gangbuk-gu, Seúl, Corea del Sur. Choi debutó con la serie dramática de KBS TV Diary of a High School Student en 1984. Choi entró en el estrellato a través de The Tree Blooming with Love y Lee Jang-ho’s Baseball Team.
